Naval Architect

Responsibilities, requirements & qualifications:

  • BSc/MSc in naval architecture, marine technology, offshore engineering or equivalent
  • Experience with concept & basic design of ships and/or offshore structures is an advantage
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of naval architecture
  • Preferably 5 or more years of relevant experience in vessel design
  • Preferably experienced with stability & design software (e.g. GHS, Maxsurf, Staadpro)
  • Good knowledge of IACS Classification Rules
  • Expert in AutoCAD & MS Office applications is a must
  • Able to speak and write fluently in English
  • Team player, self-motivated & takes initiative
  • Salary shall be commensurate with candidate’s experience

Structural Engineer

Responsibilities, requirements & qualifications:

  • BSc/MSc in structural engineering or civil engineering
  • Comprehensive knowledge of structural design of steel vessels and offshore structures
  • Preferably 5 or more years of relevant experience in ship structural design
  • Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) & software packages use is an advantage
  • Preferably experienced with Staadpro or equivalent FEA software
  • Expert in AutoCAD & MS Office applications is a must
  • Able to speak and write fluently in English
  • Team player, self-motivated & takes initiative
  • Salary shall be commensurate with candidate’s experience

Piping Engineer

Responsibilities, requirements & qualifications:

  • Degree in mechanical engineering
  • Comprehensive knowledge of marine piping systems onboard vessels and offshore structures
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with pipe modelling and piping schematic design
  • Expert in AutoCAD & MS Office applications is a must
  • Relevant experience from maritime or offshore oil & gas industries
  • Good knowledge of IACS Classification requirements for piping systems
  • Able to speak and write fluently in English
  • Team player, self-motivated & takes initiative
  • Salary shall be commensurate with candidate’s experience

Assistant Naval Architect

Responsibilities, requirements & qualifications:

  • Diploma/degree in naval architecture
  • Perform ship design calculations including, but not limited to, intact and damage stability checks, lines plan, etc.
  • Liaise with Client, Classification Society & Shipyard for projects undertaken. Other project management duties as may be required from time to time
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, GHS & Maxsurf is a must
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in ship design
  • Able to speak and write fluently in English
  • Good knowledge of IACS Classification Rules
  • Salary shall be commensurate with candidate’s experience

Assistant Structural Engineer

Responsibilities, requirements & qualifications:

  • Diploma/degree in civil engineering or offshore-marine technology
  • Perform ship structural design calculations including, but not limited to, midship section modulus checks, sizing of scantlings, etc.
  • Prepare ship’s structural drawings including, but not limited to, hull structure for new tenders, modification, conversion, retrofit & repair work
  • Project management duties as may be required from time to time
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD & Staadpro is an advantage
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in ship design
  • Able to speak and write fluently in English
  • Good knowledge of IACS Classification Rules
  • Salary shall be commensurate with candidate’s experience

Draughtsman (Hull, Outfitting & Piping)

Responsibilities, requirements & qualifications:

  • ITE or Diploma in offshore-marine technology, civil engineering or mechanical engineering discipline or equivalent with at least 1 year relevant drafting experience
  • Responsible for producing steel & aluminium construction drawings
  • Responsible for the execution of CAD drafting work in accordance with project schedule
  • Ensure drawings comply to Client requirements & Class Rules
  • Other ad-hoc tasks within the Draftsperson’s capability
  • Independently develop detail drawings without need for supervision
  • Assist in preparing equipment list for ship design projects
  • Expert in AutoCAD & MS Office applications is a must
  • Minimum of 1 year drafting experience using AutoCAD
  • Experience drafting structural steel drawings for ships is an advantage
  • Responsible, reliable & meticulous with a keen eye for details
  • Able to speak and write fluently in English
  • Able to start immediately
  • Team player, motivated & self-driven. Possess good attitude & willingness to learn
  • Salary shall be commensurate with candidate’s experience

Admin Executive

Responsibilities, requirements & qualifications:

  • Experience in accounts, human resource & administration
  • Team player & self-motivated
  • Salary shall be commensurate with candidate’s experience

Working location, hours and benefits:
Location of work: Eastern part of Singapore
Office location: Tampines Central
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.15pm
Availability: Must be able to start immediately
